I was born in Athens and I live in Kifisia. From my early preschool and school years, I tried different sports, like many children my age.

Windsurfing entered my life the summer before third grade. During our family holidays, a friend of mine who was already taking windsurfing lessons convinced me to try it too. I loved it from the very first moment. I wanted to take more and more lessons and spend as much time as possible at sea. When we returned to Athens, I kept asking my parents to find a sailing club so I could continue. That is how my journey at the Athens Nautical Club began.

Just before I turned ten, I took part in my first competition, the Techno 293 European Championship, which was held in Artemida. It was a unique experience that made me love racing and windsurfing even more.

Since then, windsurfing has become a very important part of my life. This year, in sixth grade, I decided to stop most of the other sports I was doing — football, athletics, swimming, judo and tennis — so that I could focus more on my training and my goals.

I speak two foreign languages, English and French, and competitions abroad give me great joy, as I get to meet children from other countries and make new friendships.

One of the most important moments so far was becoming a member of the National Team. I managed to achieve a major personal goal by finishing in 2nd place at the qualification races, and I feel very proud of that.

Beyond training and competitions, I have also made very good friends at the Club. The children in the racing team spend time together outside training as well, and we have built strong friendships. For all of us, the Club is much more than just a place to train; it is our second home.
